The Terraces is a community of 89 homes in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood. This project was the benchmark venture of several of the principals of CA Development Inc. The development highlights include: traditional architecture, front and rear yards, landscaped paths, a tennis court, a ½ mile family fitness trail as well as all of the amenities of the Old Irving Park neighborhood.

At the request of the immediate Old Irving Park community CA Development Inc. was brought in to address the concerns of redevelopment and density. The site was developed in such a way that the open character of the neighborhood was maintained and homes were built which reflect the traditions of this historic neighborhood.

The three phases of Old Irving Pointe incorporate numerous park like features including meandering paths, landscaped open spaces and lushly planted front yards. The residents enjoy homes that reflect the historic elements of Old Irving Park on the exterior and include all of the amenities that accompany quality new construction.
