CA Development Inc. once again recognized the values intrinsic to the Old Irving Park neighborhood. What was once a commercial site within the community is now an attractive landscaped family-friendly addition to the area.

These architecturally detailed homes helped to revitalize an industrial part of the neighborhood. The well-received designs feature open floor plans and traditional front porches that enhance the welcoming streetscape.

Edgewater Square, one of CA Development Inc.’s most notable projects, offers homes where the pride of ownership is evident. In a vibrant urban setting, this new construction embraces and reflects a classic Chicago neighborhood.

Design inspiration came from the warm appeal of the existing homes. The Terraces is a community of 89 homes in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood. This project was the benchmark venture of several of the principals of CA Development Inc. The development highlights include: traditional architecture, front and rear yards, landscaped paths, a tennis court, a ½ mile family fitness trail as well as all of the amenities of the Old Irving Park neighborhood.

At the request of the immediate Old Irving Park community CA Development Inc. was brought in to address the concerns of redevelopment and density. The site was developed in such a way that the open character of the neighborhood was maintained and homes were built which reflect the traditions of this historic neighborhood.

The three phases of Old Irving Pointe incorporate numerous park like features including meandering paths, landscaped open spaces and lushly planted front yards. The residents enjoy homes that reflect the historic elements of Old Irving Park on the exterior and include all of the amenities that accompany quality new construction.

Ridgeland Station

As an integration into an historic district and well established community Ridgeland Station posed a variety of unique development and design challenges. A collaborative community process helped to define project concerns that CA Development Inc. attentively addressed.

The townhomes surround a landscaped courtyard that fills the individual homes with light. Carefully designed floor plans maximize living spaces, while close attention to detail creates homes of distinction within easy access to all that Oak Park and Chicago have to offer.

Bucktown 1800
